Features of the 2025 Sale

Friday

Regular activities Friday evening beginning at 5:00 p.m. Come for dinner at one of the many food booths. Browse the quilts, bid on online silent auction items, and find other items available for purchase. Children’s activities will also be available.
Saturday

Saturday, celebrate with us at the live quilt auction, it’s the final day to bid on your online silent auction items, plus there are food booths, children’s activities, and more!.
Battle of the Bands

Both days you can participate in the Battle of the Bands by helping support the bands performing at the Heritage Park Stage to see which one can raise the most money for MCC during its 45-minute set. See the schedule page for bands and times when they are announced.
Care for the earth

We strive to make the Relief Sale as low-waste as possible. You can help by bringing a water bottle, taking care to sort the items you are throwing out into the correct bins and helping your friends and family do the same. There is a bottle-filling station at the fairgrounds and trash and recycling bins will have instructions on how to sort your trash.
